Fincantieri will build two cruise ships for the Costa Group, specifically designed for the Chinese market and destined for Costa Asia, the brand of the Group operating in Asia. Ship deliveries are scheduled for 2019 and 2020.
In addition, three more ships will be built by 2020 at the Fincantieri shipyards in Monfalcone and Marghera. It is expected that projects for their construction will involve thousands of workers in the shipyards themselves and employees of the related sectors and industries.
